Wednesday 8^th April 2015 Huge Media received a last minute call from one of our contacts Steve at Red Dog Graphics to see if we had any of our highly skilled graphic installers available for a top secret project at Aintree Racecourse, the home of the Grand National. The only problem was that he wanted us there at 2pm to make a start on this strange and exciting mission, the nature of outdoor advertising has developed our skillset to be able to adapt to last minute requests. So we hedged our bets and headed straight for the paddock, after passing the many security checks for our team of vinyl technicians, Andy and Desmond finally arrived on location, where they found a strange structure in the shape of a ladies handbag. With instructions to wrap the handbag in the corporate colours of ‘Liverpool 1’, to coincide with the various fashion elements at the 3 day Horse Racing Festival.

Andy and Des set about the task in hand and were extremely lucky that the elements were with them rather than against. After cleaning and degreasing the ‘Handbag’ (inside and out) and making it ready for the vinyl design to be applied. As you can see from the images the Huge Media team were first past the post to be awarded their place in the winners’ enclosure!!!!
